Return: All custom designs with name or photo are made-to-order pieces, hence cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure the name and size is checked twice. Be assured our pieces are true to size, hence you will not face any issue if the size chart is followed. For a generic design, an exchange request can be initiated within 3 days of product receipt.
