Order Tracking
Easily track your order here. If you didn't get the status, it means your order is still being processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated.
Delivery
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order confirmation. As each product is made to order, please note that there may be a slight delay in shipping during high order volumes. Rest assured, we'll notify you promptly about any significant delays.
Your order will be delivered to you within 2-8 working days from the time it is dispatched. However, please understand that factors like natural calamities, traffic jams, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in delivery.
Free shipping is available on all orders except COD bulk orders.
Bulk Purchase
The chargeable weight of each shipment, as defined herein, shall be applied instead of the actual weight. The higher of the following is the chargeable weight: the actual weight rounded off to the consequent half or one kg, as per the rate category, or the volumetric weight similarly rounded off.
No shipping charges are added to bulk purchases. COD is not applicable for bulk purchases.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a website tracking link that will be activated within the next 24 hours.
Charges
In case you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, it may result in additional shipping charges. Please ensure the accuracy of your address to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that Karmikh is not responsible for any additional customs, octroi, or taxes imposed on your order. Such fees are determined by the State/Constituency of delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Undeliverable Order
A shipment may be deemed undeliverable if the provided address is illegible, incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery. In such cases, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
