TERMS AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Karmikh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the www.karmikh.com website, as well as any other media form such as a media channel, mobile website, social media handles, or mobile application linked, related, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly forbidden from using the Site and must immediately stop using it.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted on the Site at any time and are expressly incorporated herein. Karmikh reserves the right to change or modify any or all Terms of Use at any time and for any reason without notice.
You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms of Use.
To stay informed of updates, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly. By continuing to use the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted, you will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of, and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use.
Distribution of Content on the Site is prohibited by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be prohibited by law, or where registration is required under the laws of such jurisdiction or country.
As a result, those who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that local laws are followed.
To use the Site, all users who are minors in their jurisdiction (generally under the age of 18) must have their parent or guardian’s permission and be directly supervised by them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site is the property of Karmikh, including but not limited to source code, database, website design, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively, the “Marks”), which are owned, controlled, and licenced to us and are protected by intellectual property rights, copyright, and trademark laws.
Without our prior written permission, no part of the Site, including any content or marks, may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licenced, or used for any commercial purpose.
Karmikh reserves all rights to the Site, the Content, and the Marks. A limited licence is granted to access and use the Site, as well as to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access. Nevertheless, commercial use of Content on the Site is prohibited.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
If you use the Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) You will provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration information.
(2) You will keep such information up to date and accurate, and you will update such registration information as needed.
(3) You have the legal capacity to accept these terms of service.
(5) You are not a minor in your home jurisdiction and
(6) You will not gain access to the site via automated or non-human means.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or even remove your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the site if you provide us with any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.
USER REGISTRATION
Users are likely to register with the Site. You agree to take responsibility for the privacy and security of your password and for all activities that occur under your account and password. If we determine that a username you choose is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, we reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change it.
PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability depending on demand, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock.
We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any product at any time for any reason.
Product pricing is subject to change without any prior notice to users.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Net banking, UPI transactions, Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, Credit Card, and Wallets are all acceptable methods of payment. For all purchases made through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and precise purchase and account information. You also agree to update your account and payment information regularly, including name, email, payment methods, and card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. The final price of any product is subject to sales tax, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. All payments made on the Site will be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
You agree to pay all charges for your purchases, including any applicable shipping fees, at the prices in effect at the time you place your order, and you authorise Karmikh to deduct the charges specified through your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
Any order placed through the Site is subject to the sole discretion of Karmikh. Karmikh also reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities ordered per person, per household, or per order at any time. Orders placed with the same amount, payment method, or same billing or shipping address are some examples of the mentioned restrictions. Orders that are suspected to be placed by unauthorised dealers, distributors, or resellers will be restricted or cancelled at our discretion.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ACTIVITIES THAT ARE PROHIBITED
The Site must not be accessed or used in any way other than the one provided. The Site may only be used in connection with commercial ventures that we have specifically endorsed or approved.
By using Site, you accept not to:
1: Retrieve data or other content systematically from the Site to create or compile a collection, directory, database, or compilation, directly or indirectly, without our written permission.

7: Deceive, defraud, or mislead us and other users, particularly when attempting to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
8: Make inappropriate use of our support services or file false reports of abuse or misconduct
9: Use the system in any automated way, such as using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
10: Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the site or the networks or services to which it is linked.
11: Attempting to impersonate another user or person, or using another user’s username
12: Sell or transfer your profile in some other way.
13: Use information obtained from the site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
14: Use the site in any attempt to compete with us, or use the site and/or the content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
15: Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or forming a part of the Site in any way.
16: Attempt to circumvent any site security measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the site or any portion of the site.
17: Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents who are involved in providing you with any portion of the Site.
18: Remove any notices of copyright or other proprietary rights from any content.
19: Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to source code.
20: Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the use and enjoyment of the Site, or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use of the Site’s features, functions, operation, or maintenance.
21: Upload or transmit any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, spyware, PCM, web bugs, cookies, or other similar methods.
22: Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Site in our opinion.
23: Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
