Shipping Policy

Hello! Welcome to Karmikh! Please read the following terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Order Tracking

Track your Order here. If you didn’t get the status, it means Order is still under process. It takes around 24 hours for Order status to get Updated.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3  business days of receipt of order confirmation (all products are made to order, especially for you).

Your order will be delivered to you in a maximum of 2–8 working days from the time it is dispatched. 

If we are receiving a high volume of orders, your delivery might be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to get your shipment to you as soon as possible.

Due to floods/heavy rains/natural calamity/national bandh/election dates/curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order, there may be a delay in the delivery of your product.

Karmikh will deliver to the recipient at the address specified at checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at checkout who has apparent authority to accept the shipment in the recipient’s name and on behalf of the recipient. A shipment is not required to be delivered to the recipient personally, and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at checkout.

Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the consignment and after which the order will be deemed rejected.

There is Free Shipping on All Orders except COD Bulk orders.

 

Bulk Purchase

The chargeable weight of each shipment, as defined herein, shall be applied instead of the actual weight. The higher of the following is the chargeable weight: The actual weight is rounded off to the consequent half or one kg, as per the rate category, or the volumetric weight similarly rounded off. 

No Shipping Charges are added to bulk purchases. COD is not applicable for Bulk Purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a website tracking link that will be activated within the next 24 hours

 

Charges

In case of a change in delivery address after order placement, the order timely delivery cannot be expected and it could lead to addition of shipping charges.

In a limited service area, Cash on Delivery is un-available. We are constantly working to expand our deliverable area; however, if the customer’s PIN Code is outside of our delivery partners’ serviceable area, Karmikh will only be able to ship the consignment on a pre-paid basis using the best alternative option available.

Karmikh is not liable for any additional customs, octroi, or taxes imposed on your order, which are determined by the State/Constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Undeliverable Order

A shipment is considered undeliverable if:

  • The recipient’s address provided is illegible, incorrect, incomplete, or cannot de located by delivery partners. 

  • The recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for the delivery of any shipment.

  • The shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons.

  • The shipment is detained or otherwise unable to cross local or State borders.

  • The recipient of a Collect on Delivery (COD) shipment fails or refuses.

Information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability from time to time. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, as well as to change or update information even after you have submitted your order. 

 

Karmikh Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Karmikh, if you are looking forward to returning or exchanging your order, we are here to guide you.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim. Our Courier partners may, at their discretion or upon the request of the competent authorities, open and inspect any shipment at any time, and shall bear no liability of any kind as a result.

It is suggested to take multiple pictures or make a video while unpacking, this proof of delivery makes the entire process of return or exchange easier.

No questions asked for 30 days return or exchange of an item from Order delivery, it’s all hassle free. Customer satisfaction is of utter importance to us. You can return your product for a refund, or exchange it with another item. We are constantly working, to make things as smooth as possible for our customers.

For Return or Exchanging an item after 30 days please contact our customer support- support@karmikh.com or raise a Return/Exchange Request from My Account.

If the Goods were ordered at the discounted price, the amount refunded for Return will be the same amount. Any discounted item will be refunded based on the original price paid for the product.

 

Exceptions

Below are some exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

Interpretation: The words capitalised have meanings that are explained below, these definitions mean the same regardless of being singular or plural. 

Definitions

“Company” used along with “We”, “Our”, or “Us” refers to Karmikh. 

“Orders” refers to the purchase made by you on our website (link) 

“Service” refers to our website again. 

“Goods” is used for the items for sale on our website, regardless of availability and type. 

“You” refers to the person purchasing the item from our website. 

Conditions

Goods sent for return or exchange must follow the below conditions: 

  • The product was ordered within 30 days from the date of the return request. 

  • The Goods are undamaged and present in original packaging. 

  • Returned Goods must have original tags. 

If any of the below conditions are met, the Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that are damaged due to misuse or overuse

  • Goods returned are damaged or/and missing original tags, price tags, labels, freebies and accessories.

  • Goods that are altered or used. 

 

Cancellation Rights

Any Goods ordered can be cancelled before the Order is Shipped. For Placed and Shipped orders return or exchange hassle-free within 30 days from the date of Delivery.

We will refund the amount to you in the same payment method that you chose. Please note that pre-paid orders will not be refunded in cash. For COD orders, if cancelled you need to provide your specific UPI or bank details for transfer to happen.

If the Goods were ordered at the discounted price, the amount refunded for Cancellation will be the same amount that was paid. Any discounted item will not be refunded at the original price.

 

Karmikh reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any Goods that don’t meet the above conditions, the conditions can be changed or altered at the sole discretion of the Company. All disputes in relation to the Returns/Cancellations/Refund shall be resolved by a high court of Bangalore.

Any Goods ordered can be exchanged within 30 days on ORDER Completion, go to Top right of the website where your name is displayed, that is your Account page. Got to Orders, Exchange request can be initiated from there.

We will refund the amount to you in the same payment method that you chose or you will get the option to choose Karmikh Credits, which you can use on your next purchase. Please note that pre-paid orders will not be refunded in cash, or Goods paid with cash. Refund of COD orders will take 30 working business Days.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or for Failed payments. If the order has been shipped, you can return it back to us, hassle-free.

No extra charges are imposed if you cancel an order before Shipping.
